Being Green part two
Have you seen one of our cars or vans recently? We like to stand out and, being bright green, the vehicles in our fleet are easy to spot. But did you know that they're also energy-efficient hybrid and LPG-powered? We need to be able to get around the capital quickly, to get to your property and sort the problem or service your equipment efficiently, so our vehicles need to be perfect.

While we're on the topic of being green, there are a number of ways that you can manage your household energy bills and not add to your carbon footprint. There are many eco-gadgets that we recommend (that won't break the bank) which we can even supply and install for you. One of the most popular gadgets we install is the "CP961® Wondervalve". This product allows you to accurately control the amount of water delivered to an outlet, and fits with all kitchen and bathroom designs. It automatically adjusts to changes in water pressure, reducing water wastage, and helps you manage your bills.

For an instant change, swap your standard light bulbs for LED versions. Replacing the average 50w light for a 7w LED can have significant cost savings as they use over 80% less energy and reduce CO₂ impact.
Over the coming weeks we'll be offering further ideas of how you can 'green-proof' your home. In the mean time, have a great – and green – day!

Cheers,

Rob Operations Director

Being Green part one
If you know us, you know how important the environment is to us. For many years, there was a huge lack of awareness in our industry about the environment issue, and we were among the first businesses to give it the attention it needs.

The colour of our vans and uniforms isn't just a coincidence. We believe to work 'greener' is also to work 'smarter', protecting the valuable resources we have. Recently, we've reduced our carbon footprint by 35% and we hope to lower this by a further 30% in the next eighteen months. Even the Mayor of London has recognised us in his Green Procurement scheme (we're very proud of this!). The whole team is focused on improving our 'green focus' and recent achievements include:

recycling 85% of office and business waste
disposing of hazardous waste (which is part and parcel of the job) in a responsible way
switching to a 100% renewable energy tariff

We're not going to rest on our laurels though. We always want to know your thoughts – any ideas for improvements?

Best wishes,

Graham Technical Director

Our Services
As one of the capital's most dynamic property maintenance companies, we service thousands of properties each year. Our team are friendly, honest, efficient and professional, and have a reputation for providing a reliable, no-nonsense service. All our engineers are highly experienced and our office staff support the whole business. Without their hard work we wouldn't be where we are today!

Since our beginnings back in 2002, we've hugely expanded our service offering. We started out as a plumbing and drainage firm. Now we provide electrical, carpentry, locksmith and air-conditioning services as well as fitting renewable resources, such as solar panels and air source heat pumps. We can do it all. So if you wake up one morning to find a leaking pipe, or you need your kitchen tiling, the boiler servicing (very important in the winter), the drains unblocking, or a full re-wiring of your home, we're your guys.
